The food

Your food is prepared by our holistic chef. Healthy and simple, all vegetarian/ vegan meals made with a lot of love.

Every day there is a healthy breakfast and home-cooked dinner prepared just for you.

As we are not providing lunch, our chef will always prepare some snacks that will be in the fridge, detox water, herbal tea and fruits will be available during the day, for the guests not to feel hungry.

Our island also has a nice variety of restaurants with some local dishes and wine.

In this yoga retreat we are also providing a two-day culinary workshop with our holistic chef, that will learn and teach you how to prepare healthy food.
