A lot of times we find ourselves ungrounded or with a sense of not belonging, feeling anxious, frustrated about life or even depressed. This happens because we identify our own Being with our physical bodies too many times. We think we are made of only bones and skin and we neglect our true Self, our essence, our energetic bodies. This “5 elements retreat” is made for you to let go of previous routines and beliefs that bring you stress or worries in your mind, body, and soul. With yoga classes, breathing exercises, nature walks, and good food we will facilitate your own way to Your center.

You will experience the beauty around you and within you. Each one of us has its own way of expression and way of being. That’s what makes us so unique. Recognizing that self-love is the first step for a real transformation in your life. Accepting your thoughts, ideas, ways of being, ways of thinking, ways of acting. Prepare yourself for a reset bottom accessing moments and connections of pure love, bliss, and joy.
